Safe Food Matters Inc. is a Canadian non-profit corporation, founded in 2016, dedicated to safe food and a safe environment. We work to improve regulatory policies to better protect human health and the environment.

Safe Food Matters Inc. works in the regulatory and legal arena to ensure our food is safe. In February 2022 we won our case on glyphosate in the Federal Court of Appeal. The Court ordered PMRA, an agency of Health Canada, to revisit our objections to the 2017 risk assessment of glyphosate. One result may be PMRA strikes a review panel to review the glyphosate registration. See more under “Glyphosate”.
